Irish Landscape Designer

Robert Heslip has been designing landscapes since he could walk, with his work on his parents' urban gardens as a young man revealing a mature and creative style. To formalize his knowledge he attended An Grianan College of Horticulture, Drogheda. On this course he achieved a high level of commercial growing knowledge and became familiar with all the practicalities of plants and landscaping.

Showpiece Gardens

After leaving he began work on his first commercial ventures and over the years these have blossomed into very impressive showpiece gardens. Since then Robert's skills and his artistic touch have been in growing demand, becoming well-known through word of mouth for extremely high-quality landscapes and a sensitivity to clients' particular needs. As well as Ireland he has also worked in London and France.

Organic Growing Methods

Robert has a love of natural settings and organic growing methods, and this can be seen in the images on this site, where formal, linear structures are juxtaposed with luxuriant growth and a hint of controlled wildness that gives each garden a unique personality.
